Location: The Vale, the Eyrie Closed starter for @falcxnking
Few things had brought Seffora as much joy as being asked by her father to accompany him in his journey to the Vale. Gulltown had been interesting enough, a town she had never visited in the past, but the highlight of the trip was without a doubt their visit to the Eyrie. Father didn’t entirely let escape her chores even while they were away from home, unfortunately. Therefore some books curated by her tutors had been packed for the sake of pleasing his wish for her to continue her studies. He always said a sharp mind was a gift and that an education was a blessing -and Seffora agreed, of course- but there was some irony in the fact that he didn’t quite perceive her mind as sharp. Perhaps that was why he was so insistent on her continuing to study, to be tutuored...
It was her second day on the Eyrie and she had only been reading for about an hour when she decidedly shut the book with a heavy thud. No handmaidens were in sight to keep her company and no guards appointed to the guest room she’d been given so the young lady was light on her feet as she scurried away from the room and ended up seeking for her childhood friend. Surely Rhys had better things to do, duties to attend to, but when she caught sight of him she subtly beckoned him to join her. The world wouldn’t collapse if she stole just some minutes of Lord Arryn’s time. A good catch-up was in order, really.
