Binge watched the sound of magic yesterday and honestly, 100% recommended for anyone who is lost and confused and overwhelmed with adulthood. For anyone who deals with the stress of being an adult not by powering through it, but by getting frustrated and angry, by getting exhausted and burnt out and desperately wanting an escape. For anyone who's never had a safe space growing up. For anyone who has felt constantly smothered by their own parents or anyone whose parents never stuck around. For anyone who has despised the way adults treated them. For anyone who never got to heal the hurt little child inside them. For anyone who feels like no one ever bothers to stop and listen to how loud their screams are. For anyone who has felt like the world is always against them. For anyone who's the least bit different. For anyone who just wanted someone to stop, listen and believe.

Can we recognize and applaud The Sound of Magic with how they gave Ah-yi, a poor high school student BARELY making enough money for food, a broken, outdated phone?

Name another drama that does it like The Sound of Magic.

Also, I glad the series went through with an ending about an adult doing their best helping a teen become an adult that is doing their best to do better than the ones before. The cherry on top, criminals and adults that forgot what being an adult means get punished.
