DISCUSSION GROUP OK so gilded age was a ghostly ass time im reading a whole book abt it rn like the growth of spiritualism n mediums n all that. SO im thinking like a very intricate period accurate black or very deep red gown with a huge shapeless gauzy puffy white sort of overdress loosely covering the whole thing w a long cape/train (i hope what i am picturing is coming across bc i can picture it so clearly) + hair is two long pin straight braids + lots of hand jewelry or bedazzled hands + bouquet of white chrysanthemums . rotating this look in my mind via @ribombeee
okay no yeah im absolutely obsessed this is such a good concept AND well grounded in the theme. full points
also i GOTTA show u this dress ive had it bookmarked as a potential project but ur description made me think of it RIGHT away
