For tonight’s dinner I made a rack of slow-smoked baby back ribs. I said I would post pics and here is how it went.

Here is step one, 👆 clean and prep and trim anything that needs tweaking. I added my homemade pork rub and let it rest for an hour.

Next step 👆 is into the smoker.

This👆is how they looked after 3 hours in the smoker. Now they will get wrapped in foil and go back into the heat for two hours. After two hours they get unwrapped and go back in the heat. The bbq sauce is added for the last 20 minutes. Finished ribs are below.

And there is Froggie, right up there sniffing. Sorry Froggie, this might be Frog Friday but you are not getting any. 😂

Observant followers will notice that Froggie got new contacts today and that’s why he spotted tonight’s yum so quickly. Damn these were good.
