HEY PEOPLE I wanna share this awesome project by my friend Hoai Le Thi, she is a graphic designer, but she hits all areas of creativity, and so she created these cool backpacks made of actual bags used for rice, like great amounts of rice, like 25 kg or something - it’s cool, it’s unusual, it’s damn recycled and eco!
She is trying to “reuse this sturdy material which can literally last years and years”, but she is also reflecting on the question “How is your nationality reflected in your work?” Hoai originally comes from Vietnam, but she spent most of her life in Czechia. The ricebags actually come from her mother’s grocery shop.
She is also a really nice person
