Campaign’s Top 10 TV and Cinema Ads of the Year!
It’s that time of year again! The festive cheer is in full flow and Campaign have announced their Top 10 TV and Cinema Ads of the Year, nearly half of which were cut right here at Work!
Coming in at number 1 is James Rouse’s spot for the Marmite ‘Love it, Hate it’ campaign, edited by Art. The controversial spot shows neglected jars of Marmite being rescued from peoples’ cupboards and was created by AdamandeveDDB. The Director and agency further collaborated on VW ‘Think Blue’ cut by Neil and listed as number 9 in the Top 10.
In at Number 7 is Tim Godsall’s Lynx ‘Apollo’, cut by Rich. The Campaign Big Gold Award winning spot reminds us that nothing beats an Astronaut. Ever. Also cut by Rich is Cesar’s at Number 8, directed by Rattling Stick’s Andy McLeod. The moving spot tells the tale of the companionship between a man and his dog and is part of the brand’s ‘love them back’ campaign. Who says never work with animals, ey?
Congrats to everyone whose work made the list.
