Ingredients: 500g gnocchi. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 100g Gruyere cheese, grated. 100g Fontina cheese, grated. 50g Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, grated. 2 tbsp butter. 2 tbsp all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 cups milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish.
Instructions: Boil gnocchi in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in flour and cook for another minute to form a roux. Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Reduce heat to low and add grated Gruyere, Fontina, and Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses. Stir until melted and sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked gnocchi to the saucepan and gently toss until coated evenly. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy!
