These vegan muffins are a delightful treat with the rich flavors of tahini and chocolate, sweetened with maple syrup. They're gluten-free and perfect for a small batch.
Ingredients: 1/4 cup tahini. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup plant-based milk. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1/3 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 tsp baking soda. 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put tahini, maple syrup, plant-based milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix them together. Put in baking soda, cocoa powder, and almond flour. Mix until it's smooth. Add the chocolate chips and mix them in. Put the batter into a muffin tin that has paper liners in it. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until you can stick a toothpick in and it comes out clean. Wait until it's cool to serve.
