one bad thing that Richard Wolff does very well is get people excited about worker co-ops. they're a fine introductory teaching tool but you can't co-op your way to socialism. you can't just turn everyone petit bourgeois until the large capitalists give up and go home
organising, or radicalizing, a union is an infinitely more useful thing to put your effort into. so is joining and working with a communist party
