Free Pattern Friday!
Full disclosure, this is one that I, your humble social media person for Universal Yarn, designed and made. Basically, this gorgeous mohair/silk yarn with super long color repeats landed on my desk and I decided it needed to be a long skinny cowl. But not too skinny. Hence, the knit and purl rows, to give it a 3D effect that also let it expand.
It’s really easy, and the yarn (one ball of Rico Design Essentials Super Kid Mohair Loves Silk in 008 Retro) does all the color change work. This was great to knit while watching What If...? because I didn’t have to pay undue attention to my hands. I might need to make another one since Hawkeye is coming up.
