Today I thought I’d share some pieces by a Toronto Muralist I’m really into. Alex ‘Runt’ Currie. This dude is straight 56 years old now. Bumped into him in the street while he was painting his Electric Mud Mural and decided to google him. Turns out this guy created the first ever RapCity video intro, Lee’s Palace, a mural at Youtube Headquarters Toronto, the Silver Snail comic book store, the TTC ride guide. I mean he's done too many things to name here. But the guy doesn't even have a website and couldn’t find a single picture of his work on Tumblr so I thought it was my responsibility to post something here. I hope everyone shares so this city icon’s work survives!
