What animal would each main current Yankee player be?
Ooh that’s a great question. Ok here’s my opinions. And please know that I never expected to spend like over an hour determining what I thought each Yankee was as an animal lol but here we are.
Please let me know if I missed someone you particularly wanted to know about. I skipped over most of the bullpen bc I don’t really know anything about most of them rn but I can do some digging if you really want

Judge is for sure a Great Pyrenees. Huge and fiercely loyal and protective but also incredibly gentle.
Stanton is a giant panda. Again very very big and strong but also very slow. But just because he’s slow doesn’t mean he’s not dangerous. Pandas are still bears.
Cole is an orangutan. Strong and intelligent and most notably a great mother. (Idk that he’s included in what you wanted but I couldn’t resist lol)
Volpe is a fox. I’ve seen others say bunny a lot and I can see that. But I feel that fox makes more sense. Speedy, agile and aggressive when provoked. Not as impressive as say a wolf, but not to be messed with.
DJ is a capybara. Chill and calm and pretty sociable. Even if they tend to look a little grumpy and/or worried. Thats just their face.
Rice is a Golden Retriever. Big and playful and unquestionably lovable.
Weaver is a jaguar. Powerful, agile, only aggressive when provoked.
Belli is a kangaroo. Big, strong, can cover lots of ground very quickly and, despite what many people want to think, not to be fucked with.
Goldie is a Hippopotamus. Often underestimated, but big and powerful and dangerous.
Dominguez is a raccoon. Stronger than he looks, dexterous and adaptable.
Grisham is a cheetah. Incredibly fast with quick reflexes and impressive reaction time.
Jazz is a house cat. Independent, playful, a bit temperamental, friendly to those they let get close, but not naturally inclined to bond with everyone.
Rodon is a gorilla. Again very big and often quite gentle and peaceful, but with a tendency to be/seem aggressive and intimidating and at times quite likely to lash out.
Fried is a Pronghorn antelope. Powerful, lanky, a little odd looking but beautiful in their own right.
Wells is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Sweet, loving, affectionate and eager to please. Not to mention adorable.
Devin Williams is a horse. Hypothetically powerful and dangerous, but easily spooked.
Will Warren is a hedgehog. Quiet and low maintenance and even if not necessarily very impressive they’re very cute.
