I have started to write about you in my dairy. I don't know where will I go with this but maybe one day, you will read it and know exactly, what you were putting me through. I don't really mean it in a bad way. I want you to know about all the small things you did, unaware of the feelings u were making me go through. From a nod to the words you said. Everything is written down. You will read them, someday. Will someday even come? I am not sure but I am hoping it will. I pray every night for you to read it. I pray every night that maybe, you are writing something about me too.

"Zombies AU"

IFF IMAGINE If:

You were inside the medical department washrooms when the apocalypse broke out. You saw it from the window. People gnarling, running, eating, tearing at the alive ones like paper. You duck before anyone could see you, staying there for like seven hours. All scared and trembling, so u didn't care about the food or water either. The electricity goes out from the fmc only plus twilight approaches.

So, you are trembling and you peak out of the bathroom, and it's empty and dark, save for the streetlight pouring inside. Now and then, you could hear the hiss and gurgle of the zombies. You try to be very conscious as u sneak out. Earlier, you had seen a bunch of students running off into the cafe and locking it up and It was obvious that it was a safe place to be. The only mistake you saw them commit was going outside again, only to be gnawed in and becoming a feast for the changed. The cafe stood, staked with food and deprived of any zombies. Just cause the doors of it were strong. It was designed to keep the weather out. Safe heaven for a situation like this.

You decide to walk for it. Slow and softly, making sure to make as less of noise as you could. On your last step, you peak below and see the ground floor empty save for one zombie banging his head lightly against the wall. Gulping, you could feel the goosebumps rising. You decide to test out his abilities. Taking a paper out of ur bag, you throw it at the furthest corner of the hall. Thusk! The paper made a sound as it landed, lamely on the bloodied tiled floor.

The zombie reacted to it, bolting towards the paper, throwing his body in the process towards it. You take that chance and run for the main door. They were ajar with one broken into shards and blood painted the floor. The other had bloody handprints on it. Pushing the images out of ur head, you slide out of the space. Twilight, highlighted the parked cars and the far off traffic masked the hybrid noises. The electricity was still going in the buildings so you decided to make your way towards the Cafe.

And then your eyes met. Hair messy, a splash of dried blood on his left cheek, white waiter Iike shirt all mixed up with dirt and spashles of blood. Smiling, a 'glad u are alive' goofy kind of smile. He gestured for you to join him. Looking around, the coast was clear, so you ran towards him and he made space for u to join him at his hidden spot between the two Hondas.

"Are you okay?" he whispered. You nodded. 'Good, because we are going to make our way towards the Cafe. Food = a lot of it." despite the situation, you still manage to smile. It was so much better to be next to him then alone, in the building.

'We?'

'Yeah, we, Usma and Uj are behind us. We are waiting for the zombies to go so we can make a run for it.'

Stoooopid, human. You thought. Opening your bag, you crumbled a paper into a ball and got up.

'iff get down! They will see you.' He whispered urgently.

'Watch.' You said, hurling the ball near the slope between the Cafe and the department. It landed on a motorcycle with a thud and the zombies ran towards it.

Mouth gaping, he stared up at you, you smiled at him and picked up your bag. "Kiya cheeez ho (what are you)." He grinned. All four of you made your way down. Usma and Uj got inside, while u both ran towards it, but alas, your bag 'clinged' with the tennis pole and attracted a lone zombie who bolted towards you. Confused and panicked, You ran away from it but there was a wall and you slammed your back against it. The zombie tried to get to you but Rei came between you and the beast, and held his mouth away with a rod. He was pressing his back against you, sucking in his lips trying to push the zombie away. 'iff run.' He manage to whisper, making sure not to attract other zombies. Paralyzed with fear, you got back into your senses. 'Not without you,' you blurted out. This commotion was attracting other zombies, who slowly begin to zog towards you guys.

Usma and Uj begin screaming 'get in, get in.' But u both were stuck. 'IFF, this zombie is on steroids.' Rei muttered. Mind ticking, you bent low and kicked the zombie in the package. It backed away with a wail, while both u and Rei sprinted for the Cafe door and usma and Uj closed it behind you both.

The zombies threw themselves against the door, banging and all but a piece of wood had been adjusted in the space between the locks so it made for even a stronger shield against the beasts.

Sitting on the floor, panting. It was a relief to be out of there. 'YOU WERE ALMOST ZOMBIE FOOD BACK THERE!' Usma said, laying on his back, panting.

'IFF are you okay?!" Rei asked, sliding towards u in a sitting position. Nodding, you thanked him.

"If it weren't for you, I would be mince for them."

He laughed, "I would be mince waaay before you."

"Did you ask her if she's bitten?" Uj asked, getting up from the floor and looking around.

"Naahhh I don't think she will be that easy to get a hold of. It's Iff. She didn't score 4 GPA for nothing."

Looking down at you, he smiled. He reached out a hand, hesitated then held out the other end of the rod. "Come on, let's eat something before we starve."

Being with him in this situation was better than being alone. Your heart beamed with warmth. Glad that he was alive and safe. "Okay." grabbing the other end of the rod, you got up. "let's see what's in here."

Riffah: Soft like the edges of an illuminating sunflower. Emitting warmth like a cup of winter milk tea. Blue like the color of his crinkled jeans and light brown like the color of her eyes.

Rei: 21 years old boy, too loud in the head. Too quiet with words. Tanned and would love to know what to do.

Iff: 19 years old girl, a mixture of unspoken thoughts and too many words. Overthinker, overachiever. In love with a boy, with sleep under his eyes and tanned arms (Rei)

Metro thoughts

He always took the metro home. It took him an hour or two and he chose those hours, thinking.

His friends watched his broad back, mingling with the crowd; and they wondered out loud that he, Rei was exceptionally quiet these days. Usma, who knew Rei better than anyone and his best friend, pointed out that he, Rei only spoke to one person today.

Iff

And she was on his mind. It was like his mind was an empty class room with dirty glass windows, through which the sunset poured in; and there she was, sitting on a chair, smiling at him. Glued to his own chair, He watched her every move.

Rei noticed how she had a habit of averting her gaze if their eyes held on to each other, a bit longer than usual. Of how her eyelashes were like curtains and they were causing a twist in his own stomach every time she batted them.

He liked her presence in the classroom--in his mind-- because she lighted a fire inside of him and it was as warm as milk tea. He was burning up for her. And he didn't know why.

The metro halt to a stop, ripping him away from the classroom and into his cushioned seat. He rubbed his palms together and looked down at them. They reminded him of her too.

Only this morning, he was at the dice, trying to tap the pc back to life. Frustrated, he reached for the duster to wipe the board but their hands touched.

"I will do it," she said, softly. He smiled. Somehow the way she pulled her lips into a gentle, dimpled-smile, resulted in a classroom in his mind. During the rest of the day, he watched her, unconsciously (being called scolded twice for being unattentive)

The thing was, on his way home. He still didn't know why, she was there on his mind. It was the first time! But God, he wasn't going to complain. He liked her there, seated on a chair, sunset highlighting her features. Making him melt.

Rainy days with you are going to be so much better than with anyone else.

Riffah imagine au: Rei is the undercover detective working as a waiter at this Chinese restaurant. He is investigating the place and it's owners. He is suspicious that the owner might be the leader of a foreign mafia.

Iff is a university student who is a regular at the restaurant. For months, the two keep interacting and bond over their mutual adoration for dumplings. Rei falls in love with her and he writes funny messages on the dumplings to make her laugh (he likes to see her dimples pop and the sight of her eyes crinkling and sparkling up)

Moving ahead, his doubts about the mafia are accurate. The owner is the leader of the mafia, and somehow, Rei's cover get blown by the chef. The day he plans to confess to iff, she is kidnapped by the mafia (cause ofcourse, they want to weaken up the boy, teeheee)

The police tells Rei to wait for them and the operation to set out but Rei is determined and anxious to get her back so he goes on his own. At the ware house, iff is tied to the chair and is helpless. Rei tries to help her but the mafia dudes challenges him and he fights them, getting pretty bruised up during the counter. The police arrives to help the duo. Rei who is all black and blue, falls to her lap and confesses his feelings for her. With tears sparkling up in her eyes, she puts his hands in hers and confesses her feelings for him too.

To make her laugh the goof ball, he's like "I gotta make a joke cause u are crying a lot, I shaved my chest before coming here." and she laughs and he faints to the pretty sound of it.

Fast forward, they both end up owning the restaurant and he marries her. ♥

GAAAAH I LOVE EM SO MUCH. Also, rip piccollage water mark be like waving at me. Sheeeessshhhh

Iff: loves to paint, is like a sea breeze, cool and soothing to the soul. Soft like the scarfs she knots and quiet like early morning school hallways.
