"You have become a monster."
--Hate you--
The comment stings. More than he'd ever like to admit. At that moment, Rinzler wanted very badly to scream at the strange program, to yell and shout at him about how he was wrong, and that Rinzler wasn't a monster, he wasn't.
He was good, he protected the Grid and all of its inhabitants. He stopped dangerous programs who went up against Clu and tried to bring an end to their perfect system. He wasn't a monster at all. A monster would never do all of those things.
The pain in his throat, however, refused to allow him to communicate all of this. So instead, the Enforcer lunged at the white-haired program, wrapping a strong hand around his throat, tightly.
When he did speak, his actual voice was almost drowned out under the roar of the growl coming from his throat. "Wrong", he rumbled, furious, hatred dripping from the word.
