Finishing a new base style I’ve had in my head for the past few months. I always do full scale mock ups of new styles to make sure the proportions are right. Table leg (Gumby Leg) with a double curve. We learned about graphics this week and how to mill Rift Sawn boards out of Quarter Sawn. Notice the grain following the curve, in the spirit of James Krenov. All shaping done on my little Lie-Nielsen spoke shave.
