Noone's really sure what Auto's history is -- he and Dr Light both tend to give vague answers when asked -- but the green 'bot regularly calls himself Light's "first apprentice," whatever that means.

Still, everybody loves the big lug, and he is probably Mega Woman's biggest fan and supporter.
