It felt futile to post this since it's a straightforward song and there are already two translations of it, but I was in a mood.

Notes

The bridge rhymes "down, down" with "dandan" in Japanese, but the repetition doesn't work in English, so I just added in a second "down" for the dandan lines. Because they're about falling and if you're falling, you're falling down, down.

6畳の病室 is literally a hospital room with 6 tatami mats, which we don't really have in English speaking cultures, so I thought about just saying "hospital room." But hey you just learned an interesting fact so maybe it was worth not doing that.

notes Sanpaku Eyes are when you have visible white sclera above or below your iris. Sanpaku Eyes is how it’s referred to in English (in Japanese the phrase was literally “Three White Eyes” in kanji) so even if it’s not a phrase many people know that’s what I went with.  Morinaga Ita Chocolate Ice Cream Crunchy White Chocolate are like Klondike Bars/Choc Ices but white chocolate. She likes them so much at one point her header on Twitter was literally a picture of one and it was all she talked about for about 3 days. “Pop n’ Cute” is... okay you know how various styles like pastel and soft grunge are popular online? It’s an aesthetic like that but it involves a lot of matte colours and girly things. Basically imagine if Kath Kidson designs merged with some 60′s esque fashion choices. A friend described it as like Jojo Siwa/Tween clothing but without the infantalism or being exclusively for kids. Or just search  ポップでキュート  on Instagram because it’ll make more sense lol.
