“Think about all we’ve been through. Doesn’t that mean anything to you?”
Rimmerworld vs. Demons and Angels
Rimmerworld
Demons and Angels
Rimmerworld: Kryten diagnoses Rimmer with a stress-related condition, as a surviving Simulant attacks the crew. Fleeing in an escape pod, Rimmer enters a wormhole and must spend the next 600 years on a deserted planet with only his clones for company.
Demons and Angels: Using Kryten's matter paddle, the crew manages to figure out how to triplicate things. First a strawberry...and then Red Dwarf!

Red Dwarf 30 Days Challenge - Day 17: Favourite series 6 episode
a Rimmer-centric episode?? who would’ve guessed. s6 is one of those seasons that i sometimes skip bc it all feels a bit been there done that, i mean there’s good stuff in every episode as usual and the dialogue’s still great, but story-wise there’s not much that really grips me let’s say. out of all of it, Rimmerworld stuck with me the most bc it’s a good concept, there’s a lot of Rimmers incl. female ones :’), the idea of time moving in different paces and Rimmer living out a whole lifetime (okay, several) on his own before the others find him is something that always reminds me of Stargate and Farscape and idk just feels very scifi-y and a bit melancholy to me, but ig that’s a personal thing. also quite hideous thing to contemplate but: Rimmerworld just kept on existing after they left oh god o_o
