“I’m taking Eri and tossing him into the women’s hot springs. Teach him to not stutter so much and gain some courage.”

“Don’t you even dare.”
@caerula-parma
Any gratitude that Rin felt when her tank had been opened faded fast as more humans peered down at her in amazement. Her thoughts drifted to the legends of old. How they used to feast on humans, how they’d lure sailors to their deaths for fun. Mermaids had gotten soft.
Even with those thoughts she couldn’t bring herself to lash out, not yet. After all, these humans had given her air, the oxygen in her water was running low and she couldn’t spit on their kindness just yet. Still, she wished they didn’t stare.
Flinching as a thunderous voice filled the room, she pushed herself to the edge of the tank, once more submerged. It was foolish, but the water made her feel safe. Through the shifting water and grimy glass she saw two dots of red surrounded by blue.
What a monster.
this episode has no chill.
Failed Love Wing Bell ex TWICE I hate myself.
he also drew a crap ton of cards in the process but was unable to guard a single 33k attack. (implied grade 3 flood I guess...) He also never saw a PG or hit any triggers while chrono did. Speaking of, since chrono got hit by stun beetle yet had a PG to stop paraspear the next turn the only reason he lived was because his blind draw for the turn was a fucking PG. Rin most likely did not throw the fight. She had some bad luck while Tokoha got everything she needed. And as any tcg player will ya, that is often all it takes to decide a games outcome. Also Rin burned a PG early game for no real reason which bit her in the ass later on. So it wasnt all luck that caused her loss as she did misplay a bit. Come to think of it... she also healed away a grade 1 nociel instead of one of her damaged triggers. Had she swapped and got that nociel in hand she could have gotten a +4k defense (because of the grade 2 she had) boost on guard while snagging a trigger from the damage. Well would you look at that! Another misplay!
Some guy on Pojo, realizing that Rin is bad at Vanguard.
*throws ramen into trashcan* “good”
