Hi! i have many many links for gif making that helped me improve and learn how to make gifs, so i will link to various ones, i hope it helps you!
okay so first of all you need hq anime episodes to make good gifs, always use good quality ones because this is very important to achieve good results, i download mine via torrent on nyaa.se
and this is the torrent client to help u download the torrent
install it first, and then go to nyaa.se and search for certain anime you want to gif.
say you wanna gif something from naruto shippuden 250, just search naruto 250 and you will get many links, click for one with 720px quality, and soft subs.
until it downloads , go to these links to start learning.

after you are done with learning how to make a basic gif, you have to learn how to sharpen your gifs a certain way, so they can look more quality. (never use too much sharpening, these tutorials will help you with that)
this one is for sharpening your gifs, also this one, although everyone has different ways to sharpen gifs
if you don’t wanna sharpen like that, you can always use actions, here is a tutorial of how to use actions, and some good actions for gif sharpening
a lot of us use psds or you may know them as well as colorings, they’re used to liven up the gif and give them more brightness or color, as well as other effects like pastel colorings, gradient colorings, etc. there’s really many psds that will give you different results.
here here and here is where i used to get my psds, i learned to do mine, but you can learn with time to do yours too :D
this blog is dedicated especially to anime resources, you will find many good psds here.
and sometimes psds will make our gifs too pixel-ish, so i recommend this tutorial by riseken to avoid that :D
