An excerpt from my Rina Week project:
Ricky grabbed a couple of Mike’s champagne flutes and poured the cold sparkling cider in them. He flopped on the couch next to Gina, his arm propped around her shoulders before they clinked glasses.
“Cheers, to the best dance date and girlfriend in the world”.
“Cheers to that!” Gina clinked Ricky’s glass heartily.
He pulled his flute back quickly. “Hey!” He jested. “This calls for payback”.
“No!” she shrieked happily as Ricky took the flutes out of their hands, placed them both on the coffee table, and then tickled Gina’s sides mercilessly.
When Gina began to laugh so hard she couldn’t breathe, she sputtered out, “ok! ok! You’re the best boyfriend in the world!” Ricky kept tickling her. “And date!”
Ricky surrendered his hands with a gleeful smile on his face.
Sitting back up, pleased he won the tickle battle, Ricky placed his arm back around Gina and grabbed his cider to drink again.
I know I’ve been very secretive about what I’m doing, but it’s only because I think the surprise will be worth it. I am very excited for you all to see what I’ve created, though.
I thought I would give you a small sneak peek into what’s to come. I’ll probably do one more excerpt before launching the full project on Rina Week.
There are a lot more surprises in store- this is just the tip of the iceberg. :) @rinaweek
@itsaboutthesmallthings (I thought you would appreciate this too)
