- liu gets insanely uncomfortable when someone compliments him + is a lot more withdrawn than his brother

- jeff is arrogant, sadistic and hard to get along with
- ben is fluent in sarcasm and gossip like he's one of the girlies

- it's easy to annoy toby but it's also easy to apologise to him
