"Yeah, Ears helped me make my own knife, an' Ah'm a decent shot with a cross-bow an' a regular one. Ain't rightly strong 'nuff fo' a proper brawl, none, but Ah can handle my own self 'nuff he don't much gotta worry 'bout me so long's it ain't somethin' stupid-strong that's got a-hold'a me, Ah can do plenty'a damage in my own right."

"Makes Ears rightly proud, does." Going by the look on her face, the pride is shared in spades. She's just a lady, heaven forbid she admit it.
