jade leech who's so in love with you but too shy to actually confess (since moray eels are cowards) so he instead misleads everyone to think you're dating:

loves lending you his jacket/scarf whenever you're cold so he can see you in his clothing, and everyone's left to wonder why jade leech has something missing in his outfit

gifting you little pieces of accessories whenever the occasion is fitting, they're always chosen with care so you can wear them everyday and if you don't pay too much attention, you won't even notice the pattern is mushroom themed

he likes using his hat to cover the two of you faces whenever he's whispering to you. to other people, it looks as if you're kissing each other, but he's just telling you to be mindful of a certain group of students. why's he covering you with his hat? oh, he simply doesn't want anyone to read his lips ;)

actively learns your schedule and the routes you take to classrooms so he can adjust his own route. oh, he happens to be taking the same route, would you mind if he joins you?

if you're working at the mostro lounge, he carefully plans what tasks to give you so you won't overwork yourself. yes, it's alright prefect, you can go take the orders, the others will be in charge of washing dishes

if any customer ever finds trouble with you, you never no need to worry. the customer usually finds himself unable to utter a word once a looming figure behind starts glaring into their soul

after some time, the entire school fully believes the two of you are dating, and by your reaction to hearing said rumours, he's quite sure you have some feelings for him too

he originally planned to confess once he was absolutely sure you returned his feelings. but maybe he wants to enjoy seeing you all flustered and shy around him for a little bit longer ;)

thinking about floyd who gets mad at you because you're not spending enough time with him since you're busy with your errands, so he storms off back to his dorm room in an awful mood, and anyone who sees him takes an extra step out of the way just to be safe while he broods and glares at everything in his line of sight

he slams open the door, kicking off his shoes and throwing his hat and scarf around, immediately crashing onto his bed. he reaches for his giant shrimp plushie to squeeze and he starts whining about how his shrimpy doesn't care for him anymore and he's kicking his legs all frustrated and upset but he doesn't want to throw a tantrum in front of you because he knows you're also working hard and you don't have a choice but he just really wants his shrimpy

by the time you finish your tasks to go pay him a visit, he's all curled up around the shrimp plushie, snoring away, but there's still a pount adorned on his face.

you reach out to brush the stray strands of hair away from his face and he groggily blinks open his eyes at your touch, his warm hand reaching from under the blankets to hold yours. the moment he registers it's you there's a lopsided smile on his face as he pulls his body closer to you, snuggling into your hand

you can't help the endearing smile that makes its way to your face either, and for now, all is well

oh, but you should still give him some kisses and cuddles to make up for lost time ;)

and you're pretty sure which one said list of people would be most likely to leave flowers for you

lucky him then. you were already planning on getting him a box of his favourite chocolates

thinking about azul who's face lights up the moment you walk through his office door. he scrambles over from his seat and wraps his arms around you, his oversized trench coat engulfing you. he presses the side of his cheek against your head, breathes in your scent and exhales, the tension leaving his body almost instantly. he starts murmuring about how much he missed you and how he's done so much work today and how the tweels have been bullying him again, countless ramblings to tug at your heartstrings so you'll comfort him by patting his head and cuddling with him

meaning the tweels just stand in the corner like 🤨🤨🤨 bullying him??? he's bullying us!! can you believe this guy jade ಥ⁠_⁠ಥ

jamil, who loves showing affection by cooking food for his loved ones, making sure the curry is seasoned to perfection and your favourite dessert to go along with the meal.

and you, with zero spice tolerance but so incredibly overwhelmed with gratitude and affection for how hard jamil's worked. and with your favourite dessert right there enticing you, you're determined to finish every drop of curry on your plate.

it doesn't go too well.

indeed, you have finished every drop of curry. but you've also downed around 12 cups of water, and the burning in your mouth is still unrelenting. jamil visibly looks concerned with how much water you're drinking and it's unavoidable you address your non-existent spice tolerance.

jamil sighs, and his eyes show a hint of exasperation you often see when he's following kailm's whims. you avert your gaze to the floor, upset at yourself that you've disappointed him and maybe he hates you now how could you not like his fo-

he chuckles at the way your eyes light up.

"here," he feeds you a spoonful of the chilled dessert. "is your mouth still burning?"

the type of guy who would never help anyone without proper payment or reasoning, but just seeing you sulking and upset about how your familiar cat is upset, since he tried very hard on a recent test and still failed, and the next thing he knows he's offering tutoring sessions to the little gremlin if it means it'll cheer you up
