Reminder to pull up mushrooms growing in your yard, especially along the south-east coast of Australia where there’s been a lot of rain. Those mushrooms are poisonous to dogs and cats when ingested, and present similar symptoms to paralysis ticks

My beta fish, Digger! Sadly, he passed away soon after I moved into my dorm, but at least I still have this drawing of him! This is the first time I've drawn a human version of an animal, haha. I think the tail/hair was the hardest thing to get right, after proportions of course.

This is really part of a set of unfinished drawings, Digger was supposed to be standing next to his brother, Sky (my other beta fish, thankfully alive!), but I never found the time to finish him.
