The font is Aura (1998).

Christian Hansen was still riding the OG Doom wave following the release of CH Retro Episode and 2002; A Doom Odyssey. Enter RITESMIT, a pairing of levels for The Shores of Hell. There’s a little E2M1-ish teaser followed by a long and substantial corrupted complex, both of which were collected for Hansen’s Monument. The theme of the day is teleporters, of course, but the gimmick is that they usually take you deep into unexplored territory... with no immediate mode of return.
