Hmmm, if we're talking about just plain interactions... I haven't decided, to be honest.

I do imagine that Armin has seen him around, now that the Eldian refugees freely move about in the village, and so it would be highly likely that he's caught glimpses of him buying groceries or shoes or whatnot.

Greetings and brief conversations in passing will probably take place sometime before the current "year" (in VBEOW) ends. As for a full fledged conversation, whether or not such a thing happens depends on certain future events, so... I have to think about it XD

I remember I once received an ask pre-chapter 9, about Armin resenting (and possibly becoming very angry) at Mr.Leonhardt for the scars on Annie's back. I answered that one here, if you're interested in knowing whether there will be an 'altercation' instead :O~
