Although I enjoy every show I play, some of them are obviously more important than others for different reasons. I know we aren’t curing cancer or anything when we hit the stage, but this one is important to me. A good man unexpectedly passed away a few weeks ago and left behind a bunch of sad friends and a family now missing a husband and a father. Tonight we attempt to celebrate and honor this man’s life. All proceeds go to his family. I’m a bit conflicted on being my normal goofball self on stage or a bit more serious for this one, but I’m sure I’ll figure that part OUT once I feel the emotions in the room. I hope that at least a few people in attendance will have some small degree of closure when the night is done. If you knew Josh Coslett (aka Church Creed of the band @twofifteenmusic), come and share some stories. If you didn’t, come learn about a good dude whose existence affected a lot of people in a very positive way.
