I've just had a thought. Y'know how Riptide will always return to Percy's pocket, right?

Do you also know how women's clothes just are depressingly lacking in pockets?

Like what if Percy wanted to wear leggings. That don't have pockets. where would Riptide appear? In his ear and he can just pull it out like a magician? Would it be in the leggings and fall through his pants and then it would just keep teleporting back?

Just floating next to him? In his shoe? In thin air? Behind his ear?

Would it magically create a pocket that works in the leggings? WHERE WOULD IT GO

Idk if this has been said before but in magnus chase and the ship of the dead Jack talks to Riptide and can sense her in percy's pocket and magnus says that Jack is good at holding one-sided conversations because riptide didn't reply or show emotions like an inanimate object. but what if Jack can talk to swords. And they have personalities as well and it is affected by the personalities of their owners as well as the type of weapon. Like Riptide is similar to Percy as they have a bond she might have liking of the colour blue.
