Getting in touch with nature - ground zero

Today I went with Mama for his "field work" Watching him in action and seeing things up close really shifted something in me. At the anganwadi, I saw so many kids who get mid-day meal at the center was often the only food they had that day.

That sight stung it reminded me how easily we take comfort and privilege for granted when we’ve never stepped into places like these.

But not everything was heavy, I also stumbled upon my rasmalai’s favorite color flower while wandering around, and that made the whole morning feel lighter.

Do you guys like horlicks or bournvita? Cuz I would personally like to care for my rasmalai and tell her that its all gonna be fine and hold her until she falls asleep with a kiss on her forehead. 🥰

Just a while ago I had a long night because my Nani ji wasn’t feeling well and had been vomiting after drinking milk in the night so I was awake rubbing her leg for almost two hours and now that she’s finally feeling a bit better I came to my room.

And my heart melted when my rasmalai texted me "good morning jaan" after waking early in the morning just for me. The way she chooses to be my first whisperer in the morning it just makes me feel so blessed govind ji made her for me.

I just want to tell her that I love you forever jaan. Have an amazing day to you too.💗🫂♾️
