Zack taps his foot, about the only thing he could do to keep his thoughts from spiraling out of control with the many directions they want to veer him off to. He'd been attracted to the SMELL, the rich aroma of that hearty candy treat. Something he hadn't had in like..... FOREVER. He was pretty sure he floated to the location on the scent alone, his nose guiding him like in those old shows or something.

The place was PACKED. How couldn't it be? The chocolates were the sort that seemed works of art rather than delectable morsels meant to be consumed, but consumed they were. IN BULK.

And then the comment from the kid. But she didn't APPEAR terribly disturbed by the idea that she could potentially be consuming insect bits like others might be. Like others were, who sneered down at her in disgust and wandered away, suddenly not terribly interested in the treat that beckoned so many forward.

"Uh. I imagine at least trace amounts? But I mean, bugs fly in every open crevice you have, right? So, I don't think the chocolate is the worst of your worries there."

this is one of my favorite scenes in What Lies Beyond I had to draw it,, also my hc is that when rita found out that she was gonna be a space pirate hacker she immediately said "ok. i need a cool cyberpunk hairstyle" and hasn't looked back since

I love her so much,,, definitely should’ve drawn her sooner, we have Loving Bright Colors in common and she’s also just a joy!!!

Rita being cool with Juno and Peter kissing over her head and Juno being like “Ew!” was hysterical to me.

Buddy as narrator is amazing but Rita is perfect this episode. As always!
