BRISBANE FESTIVAL

Riverfire is a magnificent fireworks display that illuminates the skies above the city at the closing of the Brisbane Festival. On this occasion families travel to South Bank and Kangaroo Point to eat outdoors and marvel at the fireworks. I said earlier I took photos of the planes with my 3DS, and now I'm back at my laptop I can finally show them to you. They aren't great, but if you wanted good photos you should've asked my dad.

This was the first one. You can't tell, but it's really big. Actually, you probably can tell because it's the only one I got a clear photo of.

This plane may not look like it but it is the loudest thing I've ever heard. It's a rip-the-sky-apart sort of noise. I don't know how people watched it without ear protection.

If you look very closely at the second photo you'll see that smudge there is the plane flying towards the Story Bridge

This helicopter I got more videos than photos of, and honestly that was me compensating for not blowing out my microphone with the previous plane (unfortunately you cannot see the video, because I don't know how to convert the file to .mp4).
