"You’re just squabbling like an old married couple"
by ~DrakoGlyph
The Tenth Doctor stood, nervous for one of the few times in his nine-hundred year life. This time, though, he wasn’t fighting Daleks, or stopping Cybermen. He could do those in his sleep. "River gets saved to the computer forever at the end of the Library episode, but what about her body? Surely the Doctor wouldn't just leave her. So I was thinking he took her away to a beautiful planet, perhaps her favorite, and laid her to rest"
I would hope he doesn't leave her to be eaten by the Vashta Nerada. That would beyond wrong. (I also like the theory that, if her body wasn't disintegrated in the blast, the Eleventh Doctor buries her next to Amy and Rory.)
I still don't understand how River knew David Tennant was the Doctor in Series 4.
She couldn't understand how he didn't know her, either, so she must have met him as David Tennant at some point. She could have thought he was a future incarnation but she states he is younger than she's ever seen him. Another explanation is that they did meet during the tenth incarnation but we didn't see it, but that is a shit cop out explanation. I suppose we could find out later.
However, end of Series 6 was an emotional time and my mind exploded a bit.
I guess you can all be happy that I'm finally going to stop babbling about Doctor Who now?
