Watching Criminal Minds (for the 100th time) and I'm on s2 and OH MY GOD idk why I didn't remember that it really is just hit after hit
Elle leaves, we meet Prentiss, then you've got Lessons Learned, which is one of my fav episodes, it's the one with the potential terrorist attack at the mall Haley and Jack were going to go to
Then you've got Sex, Birth, Death, a huge episode for Spencer imo, him clinging to someone who doesn't know what's wrong with them because he worries he'll end up like that. Then he desperately stops the kids from dying because he feels responsible.
RIGHT after that you've got Profiler, Profiled. Enough said.
And again, tight after that is No Way Out. HUGE for Gideon's storyline.
And then two episodes later is Revelations. Once again, enough said.
And then there's one of those episodes where you don't hate the unsub, you feel bad for them and wish it hadn't ended that way, which is Distress, th one with the guy who was in the military and had PTSD and severe disassociation. There's also the subplot of the episode and next few episodes of Spencer being an asshole due to the addiction.
Then we meet Will and have the little gay thing we see with Reid and hi old friend(there's something going on there you can't tell me otherwise). And another where you feel bad for the unsub.
And then? We finish with No Way Out Pt. 2.
It really was a season that was just hit after hit after hit💀
