I keep coming back for the gluten free souffle pancakes at Riz Labo. If you're ever in the Shibuya area, make sure to stop by, they taste even better than they look!

Our final Riz Labo meal, on our last day in Japan. Husband got the caramel souffle pancakes and I got the special, pale strawberry and cream cheese souffle pancakes. Gluten free in Japan is really difficult, but there are few options in the Harajuku/Shibuya area of Tokyo. Riz Labo is the best of them. Really, really going to miss them.

I'm back in Tokyo and I *finally* made it to Riz Labo (dedicated gluten free) on a Thursday (crepe day). It was delicious, but I cracked up to find they had put one of their pancakes inside the crepe. Can't say I've ever had pancake-stuffed crepes before!
