It was a couple off weeks before anyone really started paying attention and noticed the change in Taeyeon's demeanor. Things were just not the norm for the singer, who was essentially going through each day, forcing a smile for anyone that seemed to be paying her any attention, it was more than obviously fake, it was very insincere, something that Taeyeon had never been in her life.  

One of the first to notice was her "work boyfriend", Chanyeol.  The two had grown pretty close over their time together at KT, so needless to say, it was a little bit hurtful for Chanyeol to see Taeyeon this way, wondering wwhy the small singer had not come to him if something was bothering her so badly.  Pushing his own hurt feelings aside, he made his way to her taining room, thankful that he foun her sitting alone.   He had heard a rumor that even her instructors were finding he a bit difficult to work with recently, word going round the other trainees that she was having some sort of mental brreakdown from being a trainee so long.  He wasn't buying it.  "Taeyeon?"

The singer looked up, seeing the concern in her friend's eyes, and she put up that same smile he had been flashing people, the one that Chanyeol wasn't buying either.  "I'm fine, really." she answered him before he could even get the question out of his mouth.  

"If that's true, why are you saying that before I even asked?"

She didn't really have an answer for him, as her fake smile ell and she looked down.  "It just...it seems like it's the only thing people ask about recently." she said, with a sigh.  "It's absolutely pathetic." 

"It's pathetic to have people be concerned about you?  Is that why you're being hard on everyone when they start pushing you?"

"No...it's pathetic that I've let something like a rejection affect me this much..." she finally admitted, running her fingers through her long hair.  "I guess I was just more invested in it than I thought..."  she was cut off by a hug by the much taller male, her head resting against his chest with a loud sigh, holding onto his shirt as tears formed in her eyes before letting loose a smile that she hadn't let out in weeks, a real one. 

Maybe she really was going to be okay.

A giggle left her mouth as the music came on, the song was one full of spunk and just something to be happy to, it was only a youtube video for the dance crew, a large ground was around them and Yubin shook her head at Chanyeol, hollers could be heard from behind them and she rolled her eyes at her friends, she started to dance matching her movements with Yeol’s, each time they danced she would look away and focus on the camera.

She may have a small crush on him since she joined. He had been nice to her since day one and she was scared to tell him how she felt, mostly because she was pretty sure he was dating one of the other girls, still when she was picked to learn count down with him, she was buzzing the only thing she didn’t want to do was mess up, nothing failing in front of your crush.
