Turned off the TV Collab
It was his first time to be called a mentor, and it somehow embarrassed him. He was much older than most of the people who wished to become part of the music industry and he was ahead of most of them due to his experiences, but to be called a mentor was weird. Weird in a good way, it made him a little proud and it was exhilarating to know that somebody out there liked his song writing enough to ask to be taught by him. And it was an honour to do so. Gary had seen Seungmi before. They had been both part of the underground scene and even if they didn’t met in person, they had heard from each other. The male had taught a few people to rap and he had heard her singing. And somehow they had talked via Youtube and now it had developed like that.
Gary had prepared his studio, the yellow notebooks he always imported and always used to write lyrics were orderly stacked up, a few pens lied next to them. He opened a drawer to take a few old and used notebooks out which contained most of the song textes he had already recorded with the help of his friends. It was a strange feeling, he trying to preparing stuff he could show her. The male wasn’t too sure if he was able to help her to improve her song writing, but he was sure, a few tips won’t hurt as well.
