A part of Minhee is relieved that she isn’t doing any of the couple choreography especially that grinding twerking lark against the boys, it would be terribly awkward doing that to Gray even though he did wear her bra that one time but that was giggles. Not to mention doing that on Minhyuk it would be so strange at least it would make Gray’s day in a way. Thankfully, Soojin is taking the part of Somin so she doing the couple choreography with the boys but she had to admit she wanted to find out how she felt about doing it that sort of dancing with them and maybe some quick update on what been happening in her love life. Once the group took a break from everything, Minhee skipped over to Soojin with a friendly smile, “sooo.....soojin how you finding this evaluation huh?? what do you think about your dance partners?? finally, update on little miss love life?? I remember setting up with on that date with moonbok~ hows things with him?” she couldn’t help herself but be nosey in other people lives, it keeps her entertained with the latest gossip with her friends.
Kard - Oh Na Na (w/ Gray, Somi, Soojin, and Minhee) (lyrics)
When the evaluation was announced, Minhyuk wanted to work with Gray again, since they were the rapper duo of KT. The ignored duo of the company but it was fine. Minhyuk had decided that any attention that he got was great. The SSKT cf was the last straw for him since as an actor with years of expereince and not being chosen for that, minhyuk was angrier than anything else. So, he decided that if he wasn’t allowed to show off his acting chops, he’d show off his rapping chops. It was nice working with Gray again and they even got some of the girls into their team, Somi, Soojin and Minhee. It was great seeing his friends again, and Minhyuk had fun during this whole evaluation.
Minhee and him had managed to play a prank on Gray (convince him that they were dating hahaha. ah good times). Minhyuk liked that and then obviously Soojin and Somi who were good as well. He could see why the girls were signed from the mgas. Like they both had some raw talent. When the performance day came it was easy to dance and rap. The dance was fairly easy and his skills were enough to pull it off. Of course, they were surrounded by seven expensive cameras, so Minhyuk felt right at home. He loved being surrounded by spotlights and cameras. It was just that whole feeling.
He rapped his part, exuding his usual style and swag that he had. it was a fun time, that was the main goal of this eval: just have fun. they were all friends andminhyuk was on a perfomance high casually seducing each camera when he was ithe front while rapping.
You lookin’ for a man that’s realer
날 만나기 전에 맘껏 즐겨
Insta에 자꾸 목적이 뻔한
남자들의 dm 알림은 다 무시해
Girl 딱 한 번에 꽂혀
너로 맞춰진 내 관심의 초점
All day, All night baby 365
헌신하며 절대 떠나지 않을게 your side
Then the girls took their spots and then Gray. Minhyuk always had such a blast watching Gray rap because he had a certain swag that minhyuk couldn’t even hold a candle to even match. it was just all good fun for him. after the hell anger that was most of March, minhyuk was kind of happy now. After Minhee sang a bit, they finished their perfomance and they were told to stay while everyone left.
Here everything came crashing down. Literally. One by one the cameras fell as the door closed and Minhyuk, kind of already low patience, just took a deep breath to calm himself down. The level of annoyance. He reached into his pocket and as the trainers came back in yelling about the destruction of expensive equipment and how they were going to pay, minhyuk simply pulled out the checkbook. “how much?” he asked, slightly annoyed that he had to deal with this at the end of the day. obviously, mr.chaebol would pay. Like, seven cameras (probably about a 100K or less), that was just pocket change to how much the corporation made in a month.
honestly this was so upsetting and of course, they were getting punished but they were ;ed into an auditorium and minhyuk sat there arms crossed, already annoyed. but a few moments later, it was revaled that it was all a prank. minhyuk took another deep breath and walked out. “i’m gonna need a hard drink after this,” he said.

Acting out emotions was different from singing them--or rapping them, in Seokwoo’s case--and it came from his belief that there had to be some honesty when you performed. These were songs that people sang along with, songs that people attributed to the person they loved, songs that reminded people of moments that held onto their hearts, songs that came with a rises and swells of nostalgia. He didn’t have a chance to express the emotions in anything more than how he played and how the words came from his lips. There was no chance to push all the feelings into a loud shout or reside in silent frustrations, Seokwoo had to learn new ways of expressing himself; how to embed them into the lyrics. It might have been harder when he had to learn a whole new instrument while doing so, an uneasiness that resided in his stomach despite having a month to prepare for the performance. The residual hot sweat of panic still holding around his heart whenever he hit the wrong key in practice, and even as he stood at the keyboard on the day of evaluation.
His gaze drifted around the other members of his group, offering a reassuring smile that he hoped they would feel at least -- a quiet reassurance to have fun above all. Nearly all of them were out of their depth.
Seokwoo had preferred to lead practices with a lightness, knowing that some of them only had a month to learn a whole new instrument and others had even less to do so. Have fun first, and work hard while doing so, had been what he wanted the rest of them to feel. Still, he was not only the oldest among the group, but the one who had been a trainee the longest and he liked to picture his position was the foundation. If he could do well, he could carry them through any mistakes that were made. It was why he had put in extra effort and time during the month to become capable at the keyboard and to delve into ways for him to express the emotion needed for the song. A difficulty that came when he was quite happily in love. The stark contrast between his choice selection in February evaluations to what he had this time.
The one benefit of his age was how much time he had had to date and to break up, how many relationships that he had managed to fail at in some form or another. That was where Seokwoo had begun, knowing that from his experience with acting, using his own memories and emotions to help bring life to a character was a tip he’d been given to make it real. It started with picking at different relationships from his memory, scratching at the edges, and seeing what would come up. He didn’t know why he hadn’t though of it when he started, maybe he had buried that time of his life deeper than he’d thought; maybe enough time had past that it become faded now. But it was still there. She was still there.
While Soojin began to sing, Seokwoo was focused on the keyboard in front of him. After enough practice, it was muscle memory that allowed him to have some relief. Each key leading into the next one, without much thought on it.
When he’d been in high school, that’s how the relationship had been. They were easy to fall into, seeing a pretty girl, having fun with her, enjoying the time together -- those were the good memories. Those were the ones that came with parties that he wasn’t invested in, but she promised him that she’d introduce him to her friends and they want to meet him, to have him design something for them, to wear something of his. Connections to people with money that Seokwoo never would have dreamed of, not when he was in high school and slept through mathematics because he was up late working. Seokwoo still didn’t know where to pinpoint the moment where everything went wrong; somewhere in between the chaos of trying to balance being Rowoon online and Seokwoo at home. Their break up was messy, came with sides taken in battle and he’d never been one to fight; had no skills in defence.
It had been the worst break up that Seokwoo could remember having.
There was still a sting to it, a quelled frustration which he’d found remaining and he placed into the song as they performed--Soojin’s voice becoming Luda’s, and then his and Somi’s, and followed by Jaehyun--each having their part to play. He disliked negative emotions, pushing away from them and choosing to focus on the positive’s, on what could be done to brighten up the space around him. Seokwoo rarely leaned into them, but he knew it was a part of learning and growing as a performer; it was a part of how he could become better at what he was doing. So he spent time, remembering how she said she’d make him pay for it, and the first few times he saw the comments online. They were only a few at first, her closest friends, taking stabs and seeking damage where they could.
Then it was more people, then it was hacking into his account, then it was sharing his private conversations and spreading lies about him. He could even remember the ones that had wished him dead and how he’d been desperate to never let his grandmother or sister see them.
Even when he’d moved on to date Kangjoon, he’d had a residual fear of what would come. He’d scroll through social media to see his ex-girlfriend at parties, hanging out with friends, smiling and showing off whoever she was with next. She was happy, but that didn’t stop people from finding ways to hurt him. Back then, he couldn’t remember being mad at her for it. All he’d wanted to happen was for it to stop and to move on from what happened, to forget about it. He didn’t know why looking back on it now brought up frustrations for him, for how the events had led to the break ups that came after due to his fear of letting people in or introducing them to his family, for how he still feels an anxiety at having conversations online and what he says in them. A fear that had permeated through many of Seokwoo’s interactions, even after those online moved on to their next targets.
Maybe he hadn’t been angry back then because he was trying to focus on getting through it, on closing his eyes and ignoring whatever he could to protect himself.
There were thousands of reasons, feelings and thoughts that had amounted in Seokwoo’s efforts to find the emotion he was looking for to express through the song. Nonetheless, he still shied away from the depth of them when it came to performing, and it was his one regret when the song was over. He didn’t want people to see that side of him.
Seriously wow girl congratulations
It didn’t take you long, you’re such a hotshot
Huh, I saw your picture on the Internet
Are you that happy?
Your smile goes up to your ears
the cold winters are her favourite time of the year as soojung's grown most of her life around europe with piles and piles of snow. the christmas and holidays don't compare to the ones back home, so much that she misses sniffing warm bread in the morning and eating the puffy pastries instantly with some hot cocoa. even now, she still gets reminded of lingering memories that can never be replaced but she’s found a home in seoul now.
somewhere in the center of sphere, she’s found people to call friends and can look out for. much like soojin who appears to be in fragile conditions. as a concerned ice princess, she worries for her friend and wants to be reassured that she’ll make it through the concert just fine as they prepare for the big day coming up soon enough! “do you need any warm water with lemon to soothe your voice as you sing? need me to get anything for you, soojin-ah?” she has a small smile on the ends of her lips.
Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone! I’ve been wanting to do this for a long time, and finally, I can! So, welcome to my Youtube channel where I’ll be posting my choreographies, dance covers, and maybe other things depending on the occasion. Stay tuned for more content!
Thank you to Royal trainee and MGA4 finalist Yoojung for helping me out and for willing to be featured in my first upload! ♡ And thank you to Sphere trainee and another MGA4 finalist Seo Soojin for making us look so good! ♡

Sungyeol was headed to Sphere for training since nova was still under lockdown. for three months, he’d be in sphere and of course, he had many many friends in sphere and he was just happy to see them all again. he strolled into sphere, feeling very happy with himself and as such, made his way to the cafeteria first to grab a coffee. he’d been up late the night before and needed caffeine in his system to kick the hangover away.
seeing a familiar figure not to far away when he left the cafeteria, sungyeol grinned happily. he hadn’t seen soojin in a while and seeing the girl made him very happy. he also had so much to tell her, so while she already knew that he had been signed (he’d told her that the last time he’d seen her), she didn’t know what else has been happening. he swings his bag on his back and adjusted the coffee in his hands so that he could hug her without spilling the coffee. he walked up behind her and grinned. “hey soojinnie!” he exclaimed, falling into step with her.
while what is love had been a familiar song to jiwon, the girls who currently surrounded her were anything but familiar. they were all new faces and jiwon was the type of girl to find such situations a rarity. this was far out of her comfort zone and it was starting to creep her out but like she had promised herself, this month she was going to be more open to the idea that new people wasn’t a bad thing. even if that meant giving herself a rash from the nervousness she felt when minhee let all these new faces into the practice room at seocho.
maybe she just needed to get herself out there, introduce herself and all would be well. while most of the faces did see familiar, they were faces that were on the same stage as she while at jeju, a whole lot of them came from reality shows she remembered binging with nakyung when they aired -- one of these faces just so happened to be this girl’s, what was her name again?
it fazes her as she steps up to the plate, a hand stuck out as she gulps down the lump stuck in her throat, “h-hi, i’m jiwon. what’s your name?”
it’s different than daegu, and much different than seoul. he feels out of place there, like he shouldn’t really be here; he should be stuck within a practice room back in seoul, wasting away minute after minute and wishing he were anywhere else.
well, he’s still supposed to be practicing. at least a bit. it’s the first day in jeju so it’s really hard to actually focus on that; so instead, yoongi uses a little bit of the time to practice, and then enjoy the difference in scenery for a bit. tongue poking against his cheek, he’s moving around the hotel, eyes flickering around as he’s taking note of things. where’s this, where’s that; what to avoid, what to visit later when he can.
as he steps out of the hotel and into the fresh air, he trails his gaze around, perusing around the building, he’s idly paying attention, but he sees the glimpse of a familiar face that makes him pause. blinking, his head cocks to the side, before a smile tugs at his lips. increasing his pace, he shoves his hands into his pockets.
“isn’t that seo soojin i see?” he calls out, an exaggerated tone of wonder in his tone. “who would ‘ave thought i’d be seein’ you ‘ere. how’s sphere treatin’ ya?”
