I never meant that she couldn't be those things anymore. In my eyes, it would be much harder for her to be all those things because she and her husband are citing 'theological differences' as their reason for leaving. My faith is such a large part of how I mold my life, that having a spiritual mentor who doesn't share my theology, or cannot support my theology while having one similar but not the same, wouldn't be healthy for me, or them.
