Throwback Thursday to a few summers back, forming and pouring this cast in place maintenance hole riser for York Region. Due to road construction and grading, this maintenance hole had to come up roughly 4’. We could not get a precast riser in the correct size to match the old infrastructure, so we built one! This one had very limited access for a truck, so the boys got busy and hand-mixed 120 bags of self-consolidating concrete. Thank god for @collomix_Gmbh on IG mixing drills!
