another motivating day that i was able to get out and run in! hooray!

also, in sad news, the ‘friends’ series that i have been watching is being taken back to its owner tomorrow so i am sad that i did not get to finish the entire series. i only got to season four. but some day i will find out what happens to everyone!

today it is a miracle that i got out of bed and went on a good run.

this morning i ran six miles straight and it felt really great! (that rhymed.) and that was a miracle to me!
