FINALLY. WE’RE SENIORS! 

Everything in this world has its own ending, but that ending will lead us to a new and better beginning. For us, incoming fourth year psychology students of Letran, the gates of the real world is nearly approaching. We, ourselves, really can’t believe that three years went by so quickly. We really can’t believe that we’ve come a long way since our first day of class in our beloved alma mater, registration form on our hand, not having a single clue where we can find our designated rooms. Yes, time has flown by so insanely fast.

Being a senior student is not that easy. Gone are the days that we could slack and procrastinate in every school works. Soon in time, tons and tons of stress over thesis will hinder our way. Crippling anxiety about every single part of our future will enter our lives. All those things and thoughts may cause us to give up everything we started from the beginning of our journey. But as Letran taught us, giving up is not an answer, thus we should strive and fight harder to reach our future endeavors. Also with the support of our Lord, our family, and friends, we can attain our ultimate goal.

We all know that our senior year will be a whirlwind of emotions. Sadness and happiness will come along way. Sadness because it is hard to accept the sad reality that soon, the last years of incredible and unforgettable memories, friends, enlightening advises of our professors, and amazing bondings are going to be over. And lastly, happiness because, after three years we can now claim and shout “#ROADTOPICC!”

Sampung buwan. Apat na buwan para masigurado ang pag-gradweyt. Anim na buwan para masigurado ang lisensya. Kailangang magsipag. Mas masikap kesa sa dating gawi. Pero paano??? Sa totoo lang hindi na ako inspirado. Lagi naman. Hindi ko nga alam kung saan ako pupulutin kapag hindi ko napasa ang board. O kahit maipasa ko ang board, anong direksyon naman kaya ang tatahakin ko? Kapag ganitong wala talaga ako sa sistema mag-aral, iniisip ko na lang tatay ko tapos iinom ng Choc-O tapos okay na ulit. Kaso iba yung pressure ngayon. Yung struggles ba. Naiiyak at nahihiya na lang ako sa kursong to.

Internship Hunting // 061616

We made it guys!!! Finally, we’re seniors!! I know this isn’t that big to be bragged since we’re still looking for our internship (and we still have a rough road ahead of us) but this is SOMETHING to be proud of! 

So yesterday, we started our ojt hunting in Ortigas and Paragon Plaza. We sent cv’s to these particular stations: Monster RX (which is my preferred station above all), Magic FM, Wave FM, Jam FM, Play FM, Mellow, Star FM, and K Lite. Of course, we’re just trying our luck by sending resumes to different fm stations but I’m still rooting for Monster RX. AND I AM CLAIMING FOR IT TO HAPPEN. There are a lot of chances that it won’t, but then whatever happens, happens. We just need to accept it and grow. I know that Lord has some bigger plans in store for me and I’ll trust it wholeheartedly. Right now, all I can do is to wait and pray. Prayers are really powerful. Let me have this one my sweet heavens. Again, I am claiming!!!!!
