What are the Ro's from mgo favorite movies?

Hmm, that’s a good question! I’ll give a couple to give an example of what they like, though it may also contain t.v. shows as the only movies I watch generally are from the 1980s-early 2000s LMAO

Blake being the horror and action fan he is... you’d be surprised, his favorite movies are the OG Tremors with Mr. Kevin Bacon, the SECOND TMNT movie from the 90s, and probably really likes AHS, though he’s generally only a fan of 1984 and Roanoke. (Fairly certain he’d like The Haunting of Hill House and Bly Manor, too!)

Freja... you know, she actually doesn’t watch much in the way of t.v. I’d think one of her favorites is Miss Ever’s Boys, A League of Their Own, The Lovely Bones... generally speaking, the few things she DOES watch are documentaries, movies/shows about women’s rights or empowerment, LGBT+ rights or empowerment, and some that deal with horrors that happened in history.

Loche I honestly don’t know! I don’t think they’ve watched enough t.v. in their few years on Earth to have decided that yet, given they don’t generally watch stuff often unless one of the other team members put something on. I’d think they’d watch pretty much anything, though, really!

Iri strikes me as loving superhero movies, horror movies, and tends to go out their way to support African American and LGBT+ produced/centered ones as well! Their top favorites at the moment are probably Deadpool, Mr. Jordan Peel’s Us, and Sweet Home. (Oh, did I mention they like kdramas? Because they sure as piss do.

Fawn is a mix of Blake’s, Freja’s, and Iri’s interests, really. She enjoys horror, kdramas (horror or mystery only though), mystery, thriller, POC rights and empowerment or POC-made shows/movies as well as LGBT+... Right now she’s liking Evil, she’s eagerly waiting for Sweet Home S2, and one of her major favorites is the OG 1970s ALIEN movie.

Adontis... I don’t think he watches much television, mainly because it’s hard to keep his attention on it and he just generally prefers books. He does like the old-school black and white shows and movies, including soundless movies... I think one of his favs of those is probably the OG House on Haunted Hill.

bit of a weird ask, but how often do the main ten cuss from most to least? all i know is thalia would top the charts (like someone wash her mouth out with soap) and that katia is too much of an angel to swear

Astrid - purple

Cyrus - red with some indigo

Cressida - blue with some indigo

Katia - pink

Kol - yellow

Leon - sunburst orange

Seraphina - white

Thalia - dark blue with some maroon

Hi Brynn! Hope Can you please tell us how would each of the ROs react to a ruthless MC? Specially to one who’s willing to do really bad things™ for them? I was very curious about this after playing the scene when MC can do that to Celosia for Leon/Seraphina (masterful writing by the way).

Is this Roxana’s kid because Roxana did really bad things™ for Isabella

Altair, Astrid, Cyrus, Katia, Kol, and Leon react like Isabella. They’re scared and freaked out. They don’t want someone to kill for them.

Cressy, Sera, and Yakov are more understanding but still shaken.

Could you see any of the ROs going down a darker/more morally ambiguous route, especially if something happened to MC? (They died, became evil themselves, were badly injured, etc)

Yep. All of the ROs could definitely end up that way, the question is whether I’ll let them. Just a couple thoughts from the top of my head:

If things had gone differently, Astrid could have been stealing the artifacts with Reyna. Although she undergoes character development in the first two books, she starts off insecure and desperate for approval, and backsliding is definitely possible. Astrid did sketchy things to get Reyna’s approval—it’s not hard to imagine what she’d do to get evil MC’s approval, etc.

Altair is incredibly anxious and doesn’t like people being upset with him. Astrid was upset with him and he took her memories away (albeit at her request). That could definitely escalate and take a darker turn.

Cressida is worryingly good at compulsion and likes to have control over things. She could end up in a scenario where she compels everyone to like her/do what she says/etc.

Cyrus is probably the most emotionally stable, tbh. He’s very loyal though, so if Cressy/Leon/Altair/MC ended up siding with the villains, he could too.

Katia being constantly cheerful isn’t the full story. She has a lot of deeply harbored resentment to the people that have hurt her, as hinted at in book two. If someone offered her revenge, she very well might take it and go too far.

Kol is in the same boat as Katia.

Leon could end up in a similar scenario as Cressy.

Seraphina has been shutting out emotions her whole life. She’s capable of being incredibly ruthless, which MC notes in-game several times.

Thalia is a siren and fights very hard ‘not to be a monster.’ That could change in a second.

Yakov, like Sera, shuts out most of his emotions and has very few people he cares about. If something happened to them, it wouldn’t end well for anyone involved.

ROs reactions to a very dramatic MC shouting “no one loves me”? Because I aspire to be on THAT level of dramatic

Altair - “That’s not true!”

Astrid - “Nope, I do.”

Cressy - “Babe, you’re embarrassing yourself.”

Cyrus - “…You good?”

Katia - “Yes I do!”

Kol - “That’s not true.”

Leon - “It’s fine, I’ll share some of my fans with you.”

Seraphina - “Why are you doing this?”

Thalia - “Mood.”

Yakov - “You know that’s not true.”
