As a savory side dish, these tasty gluten-free roasted Brussels sprouts are great. The lemon juice gives them a hint of freshness, and the Parmesan cheese gives them a savory kick.
Ingredients: 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese gluten-free. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C. Put the Brussels sprouts cut in half, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Season the sprouts all over by tossing them. Spread the Brussels sprouts out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Put the sprouts in an oven that has already been heated up. Roast them for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are soft and slightly crispy. Stir them around halfway through the cooking time so that they brown evenly. Take the Brussels sprouts out of the oven and put them on a dish to serve. Pour fresh lemon juice over the sprouts that have been roasted, and then top them with grated Parmesan cheese. Lightly toss to mix, and serve right away.
