It's all about being real with people! The same way you can tell when people are being honest with you they will be able to know you are speaking your truth. If they can't handle it you deserve better.

I know, right? I can't tell if that looks awesome or weird.

However, I'm hoping that the old characters are more in leadership roles (Leia in an Amadala type role, Han leading the rebel government(?), and Luke in a Obi-Wan role or even Yoda leading the New Jedi Order) and continue with younger characters.
