Tonner Antoinette Basic- Blonde She looks like a renaissance painting, I adore it. This girl was definitely (!!!) an impulse purchase ,I’ve been looking at her for months but I just kinda-poof- bought her one night at like 3am last week lmao I adore my Cami and I’ve been really hesitant to buy another doll with the Antoinette body, because my Cami is so versatile that it’s taken me a while to pick the ones I want after her, that offer something new to the mix rather than a repeat of something I can already get with her. This one is beautiful, I love the Antoinette sculpt and the timeless feeling it has. She’s so cool toned and her hair almost looks grey in real life rather than blonde which i was really excited to see. The layering is kind of.....meh, typical ‘long in front and shorter in back’ rooting pattern and it’s a little sparse for my liking so I might get her rerooted with the same color eventually, but for now she’s rocking the relaxed wave and improved layering I gave her.
I’m still upset about the Antoinette body being discontinued; it’s so graceful and beautifully sculpted and I’ll truly miss it. Definitely one of my favorite doll bodies.
