It's been a long while since I've celebrated Knightley-related dates (sorry March 25) or even drew Knightley at all, so have the happiest of death days my guy! I wish a wondeful day to you and to the woman who stabbed you to death (I forgive her)
The Imprisoned Turnabout will always have a soft spot in my heart, it has one of my favorite casts in all of Ace Attorney. I love their dynamics so much, with Patricia as the MVP who ties everyone together with a nice little bow. It's an easy 2nd place behind Target in my game ranking.
Anyway yeah that's it! That's the post.
There is nothing else that happens on March 27, 2019 in Ace Attorney.
There is no propaganda further below.
HAPPY COC-1 TURNABOUT SCAPEGOAT DAY!!! This is a case. This is the case of all time.
It's funny to even think this case is in my A tier, but it absolutely isn't going anywhere below it. I could never imagine I'd like it so much, especially with how slow and clunky the first hour is. Just as I could never imagine Contempt of Court would become uh, my favorite game of all time or something.
This case is so CAMPY. There are so many moments and quotes from this chapter that make me want to just put my head in my hands, in a funny way. It was absolutely written by some high schooler in 2010 and it shows. In fact, the silly approach might be the best possible when making a beginner fancase, since amateur writing can enhance it instead of working to its detriment lol.
But, something I came to notice when I played a couple other different beginner fancases, is that Turnabout Scapegoat is just... straight... up... GOOD? Its second half does such a good job of keeping the player constantly engaged, and it's rare to find characters as entertaining in an AA case, let alone the author's first. So that may sound silly but it doesn't surprise me at all that the creator would eventually go on to make such a straight up amazing case as CoC-4.
In a valley where all (okay most - there is that one fish) creatures look out only for their own kind, a small woodland creature and a bird swap bodies. Now the two are stuck together on an adventure to swap back and save their home.
Skydance Animation's Swapped stars the voice talents of Michael B. Jordan, June Temple, Tracy Morgan, Cedric the Entertainer, and Justina Machado. The film is directed by Nathan Greno from a screenplay by John Whittington, Christian Magalhaes, and Robert Snow.
Robert Snow / Lyle Hemlock in fangame “Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney — The Contempt of Court” is Maya and Mia Fey’s father, and Misty Fey’s husband.
Hey anon! Thank you so much for sending this! I wasn’t too familiar with the fan game Contempt of Court but I did a little research and I’m very interested to hear about this more in depth! From what I’ve seen so far, its a really cool headcanon, especially since hemlock is the main antagonist of the game! Thank you again this is so cool!
Ok now that I've got at least the Knightley tag let the propaganda begin
^My 2 favorite Ace Attorney characters^
Contempt of Court drawings if you're reading this pls play Ace Attorney: Contempt of Court it's an Ace Attorney fangame and it's so good seriously it's amazing please play it I cannot recommend it enough to all AA fans please please pleasepleaselease
