I hadn't known Robert personally as well as the other contributors, but he's a former Micropolis Embassy member who had some last-minute contributions near the end of the Series 3 think tank's run before the plug was pulled on the Micronauts at Palisades. He submitted some cool ideas that take a lot of influence from the New Microman Acroyear designs and other Takara SF Land-inspired ideas with some new twists.
