Me, a few months ago: I’ll take a few days off to celebrate my sister’s birthday with her, it will be nice and relaxing. Also me, on the second day: *wakes up with a knee so badly in pain that I could hardly move* Me, this week: I’ll take a few days off to spend with my dad, it’s gonna be lovely and a nice compensation for what happened last time I took a few days off. Also me, the very first day: *starts having stomach pain that within a few hours means I end up in the hospital due to an infected kidney* Clearly, my body just hates taking time off. In other news though, it’s cheered me up immensely to be tagged by @pocketwishes, @smittenwithsugden and @i-cordelia, it’s so sweet of you to include me and I promise I will do that when I’m better, I also got a loving message from @aaron-fan, saw again the new, 3D version of my old icon that @robertssofttouchxaaronssoftlad made for me (not only is she so kind to me, but she’s willing to make a special icon/header for others too, so you can feel free to ask her and give her all the love for how wonderful she is) and @stulot sent me a link to ‘the snuggle is real’ Robron post. Thank you all, I hope you know you make this universe a better place on the daily simply by existing in it. <33333

Jacqueline, you know my aesthetic for all things 'soft' so could you please rank your favorite soft robron moments and tell us why they are perfect. Gifs are welcome and appreciated.

Okay so this is almost a day late because I wanted to make gifs, oops. I’m gonna give you 5 of my top favourite soft moments, in no particular order:

1. Sofa scene at Home Farm- The first time we got a glimpse of how Robron would be if they were a couple and I remember being so surprised and overwhelmed by the domesticity of this scene. It was just really cute and the eskimo kiss made it so soft.

2. Hospital engagement scene- One of my most rewatched scenes. The proposal, that beautiful kiss and then Robert running his fingers through Aaron’s fluffy hair, it was just THE SOFTEST THING EVER. Probably even my top favourite!

3. Snuggle scene after ONS reveal- The way Robert nuzzles Aaron’s neck, I can’t get over it. Robert just clung to him, because he needed him, because he got a second chance and never wanted to let him go again. It was such a beautiful moment and full of softness. 

4. Scene after the abuse reveal- I really needed to include one scene from this era, because we had so many sweet moments with them and I feel like this was one of the most perfect moments. Robert took care of Aaron, covered him with a blanket (how soft is that?!) and made him feel safe after Aaron told him his horrific story. Robert said all the right words, told him he wasn’t on his own anymore and even managed to make Aaron smile for a moment. Just such a sweet scene. 

5. Prison goodbye scene- I don’t think I even need to explain this one, cause you can just see the softness radiating from them. Even though this was one of the most heartbreaking scenes ever, it really showed how much these two are in love with each other and how they basically can’t and don’t want to live without each other. This scene was truly perfect in every way. The forehead touching, the mutual ily, that fucking heart shape they made with their bodies. You can literally bury me with this scene.

I at least feel better about Liv now that they had all that time without Aaron and they had real scenes yesterday. But I do agree with you a lot on the rest. I just wouldn't take that much to fix it. The missed opportunities in this show drive me crazy sometimes.

yeah same and like robert and liv had already built a relationship before that got destroyed so we had something to fall back on in that sense but i mean yesterday was the first time robert and liv had a real conversation since the day after the reunion? and that’s just sad but yes it did help a lot so that felt good

Also the argument people have comparing the love people have for Robert and Liv's relationship to Aaron amd Seb's is completely invalid because we had buildup with Robert and Liv. It was all played out on screen. We weren't told hey this is what happened. We saw them slowly build that bridge and it felt rewarding when they finally accepted each other as family. It was long and hard fought not just an overnight change of mind.
