(under the cut, you can still find my old systems for sorting content)
Here are a link and an explanation for my old fliters-based content masterlist, as well as a link to my archive blog. Note they are currently not updated for s6. They’re still usable and I will update them, I just don’t know exactly when. Possibly during a hiatus, if real life allows it.
filters-based content list
archive blog
Advantages of the filters-based content list:
you can browse my fics and my meta using filters (so you can, for example, sort fics based on genre, length, etc.)
you get short descriptions for each post
Here’s the explanation on how to use the list’s filters!
The main menu for the content list looks like this, you have category titles on the left with the options with each category, on the left, while the main part of the screen is boxes with links:
Clicking on one of the categories on the left side will leave you with only the boxes that are included in that category. From the main page, you can filter my content by ship (Buddie, Robron or others) or by content type:
This is the main page filtered for fics. Click the box you’re interested in. Depending on how much content that category has, it will lead you either to the content itself or to one more page of filters that will lead to the content itself:
The one additional page of filters is either for my Buddie fics or my non-fic Buddie content. Both pages use the same structures, with category titles and options on the left, and boxes with links to the actual content in the main part of the screen. Here’s my non-fic Buddie page, as an example, allowing me to filter for meta, visual content (gifs, moodboards, fanart) or humor:
At any point you can return to the main page by clicking my profile pic or “my content categories” (circled in white) or to my Tumblr (circled in pink):

This “Nakba Survivor” is literally a “European settler”
It turns out that the “Nakba Survivor” who stars in Mayor Mamdani’s official NY City Hall Palestinian propaganda video yesterday, is literally a “European settler”.
In the late 19th century, Muslim Bosnians (including Inea’s grandparents), fled Bosnia to Ottoman Syria, after Austria-Hungary took control of Bosnia.
They feared that the Christians would seek revenge on Muslims after centuries of mistreatment by them.
The family then moved to Tulkarem which after 1948 was under Jordanian control, not Israeli. So there was no “nakba” there.
Because the Jewish population developed Jerusalem’s medical care under the British mandate, Inea herself was born in Jerusalem but the family remained in Tulkarem.
In the 1930’s, Inea’s father was offered a Job in England, he returned to Mandatory Palestine after a few years, but in 1948 they decided to move back to England.
They were not expelled, and no one forced them to move to England. In any case, Tulkarem, and the old city of Jerusalem remained under Jordanian Arab control. No Arabs were forced to leave from Tulkarem in 1948.
So in summary, this is a European with no strong roots in the land of Israel, whose family made the decision to immigrate back to the continent of their grandparents instead of remaining under Arab control in what was part of Jordan after 1948.
Furthermore the “visit Palestine” poster on Inea’s wall which is featured in the video is not a Palestinian Arab poster as Mayor Mamdani’s video implies. It is a Zionist poster designed and drawn by the Jewish artist Franz Kraus to encourage Jewish tourism to the holy land.
Final Fun Fact: When Bushnaq’s European grandparents arrived on boats to the Levant, Jews were already the biggest Community in Jerusalem.

I thought I would be back at some point on this platform to say that I'm okay, just going through some major life changes that have left me with no time for an online life, but the confirmation and details of the Bibas babies murder brings me back here to say that I'm not okay.
I'm not okay.
I'm not okay.
I was not okay on Oct 7. I was not okay in the months after, when we saw heartless monsters tear down the posters of kidnapped Jewish babies. And I'm beyond not okay as we find out now that after suffering in captivity, they've been murdered brutally and cruelly, and that the same monsters have no remorse or compassion or regrets even now. I'm not okay when this is the world I'm forced to live in. I'm not okay when my heart is wounded and all of this pain and grief is pouring out, and I know many would not listen, or even relish the way we Israelis and Jews are feeling. I'm not okay when too many do not speak up to unequivocally condemn this monstrosity. I'm not okay when it's been made clear that there's no land on which Jewish babies can live free and safe.
I just realized that this week, it’s going to be Christmas!
(If you skip everything else in this post, please read the paragraph before the last one, thank you!)
As someone who doesn’t celebrate it, I’ve seen Christmas celebrations over the years, I’ve even been invited over to celebrate with Christian friends on several occasions, and it is such a lovely festival of love and light, and lifting everyone’s spirits in the middle of winter, so to all of you celebrating it, from the bottom of my heart:
Have a very merry Christmas! May it bring you endless beauty and joy!
At the same time, I hope it’s okay to add this gentle reminder: many of your friends are not celebrating it. Some are even forbidden by their own faiths from participating in so much as the cultural aspects of your holiday. And for the entire month of December, sometimes during November as well, most of the world around us acts like everyone celebrates this holiday. That’s why it took me a moment to realize it’s happening this week, because I’ve been hearing people talking about it for months now. In addition to that, almost every app around, every site, fandom, game, TV show, business or work place is having or offering some Christmas specials or celebrations weeks in advance, during which those who don’t celebrate the holiday often feel invisible. This is emphasized when other winter holidays are rarely mentioned, and the people celebrating them are usually not being offered the same kind of specials or celebrations.
And I wanna make it clear that this should NOT take away even an ounce of the festivity and joy of your celebration! I just hope you can enjoy it while also helping those who don’t celebrate it feel seen and heard:
If you know someone is celebrating it? By all means, wish them a merry Christmas! If you’re not sure and you want to find out? Don’t hesitate to respectfully ask which holiday someone is celebrating. If you don’t feel confident in asking? Happy holidays is a wonderful way of showing you wish to include everyone! And if you’re addressing a group of people? Simply adding, “To those who celebrate it” is an incredibly powerful and subtle way of saying, “I know not everyone does, I see those of you who don’t, you are on my mind because you matter, too.”
Thank you and once again, have a merry Christmas if you celebrate it, and happy holidays to everyone!
“This didn’t start a year ago” correct. It started in 597 BCE when Jewish people were forced from our homeland for the first of many instances by an invading empire.
This is important. Not only because he is a hero. But because this is proof that they were going after jews, not Israelis in general. Otherwise Israeli arabs would've been harmed.
It is also not lost on me that this is the second time in the past 13 months where an Israeli arab man has risked their life to save jews whilst the west either participates or cheers terrorists on
it's cool how even normal people on the left have gone from like performatively complaining about how antisemitic harry potter was to just unilaterally deciding that jewish pain and antisemitism don't matter because someone might mistake them for a zionist if they defend us

Blogging about Israel and the Arab world since, oh, forever.
Hassan Asfour is the editor of the Palestinian Amad newspaper, which leans towards socialism and is highly critical of the Palestinian Authority. He was one of the PLO negotiators in Oslo and was the PA minister of negotiation affairs in 1999. He himself appears to be communist.
He just wrote in his newspaper how happy he is that Muslims are attacking Jews all over Europe.
The headline: "After the 'Amsterdam Punch', fear haunts them...and it must continue"
Asfour praises the Muslim attackers in Amsterdam as "those who chose Europe as a second country to their original homeland, and whose immigration did not strip them of their stored Arab affiliation."
At the same time he dismisses any accusations of antisemitism on behalf of the attackers, he says,
Yes... persecuting the inhabitants of the Jewish state wherever possible, considering them "wanted by human justice" should be the standard from the act of "human resistance" and a popular implementation of Article Seven of the United Nations Charter.
"The Amsterdam Leash"... Let it be a model for pursuing Jewish fascism in the journey of comprehensive confrontation... and a new symbol of human resistance that does not know defeat.
The utter depravity and profound Jew-hatred of mainstream, respected and prominent Palestinians remains one of the least reported stories in the world.
